One road, all night.
The Short Drive is exactly what it sounds like: a short drive. You get a car, a stretch of empty highway, and the quiet that comes with both. That's the whole game — and that's the point.
Built in a 48-hour jam, it strips driving games down to the one thing we actually love about them: the feeling of being alone on a road at night, headlights catching the edge of something, the radio low.
No objectives. No timer. Drive until you feel like stopping.
Atmosphere over everything
Every system in the game serves one goal: mood. The lighting, the engine hum, the way the road unfolds — all tuned to make a quiet drive feel like something.
No score. No timer.
We cut everything a driving game usually leans on. What's left is the part that doesn't need a number attached to it: just the drive, for as long as you want it.
Made in a weekend
Our first shipped game, built start-to-finish in 48 hours. Rough, small, and exactly the kind of thing that taught us we could actually finish something.
Take the drive.
